A significant workshop focusing on mental health protection was officially held at the National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University on the 2nd of December, 2023. Academic institutions and health advocates gathered for this important event to address the growing need for psychological awareness and wellbeing among students and participants present at the university venue.

The organization of this mental health workshop was made possible through a collaborative effort. The event was arranged by the Prothom Alo Bondhushava National Managing Board, with active cooperation and support from Prothom Alo Trust and Unimed Unihealth Pharmaceuticals.

During the workshop held at National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University, expert guidance and practical advice were provided to the attendees by Dr. Sajib Abedin and Mahmuda Mohsina Bushra. Both speakers contributed their professional insights to the discussions surrounding mental health protection and overall well-being.

Highlighting the deep connection between physical and mental health during the event, Mahmuda Mohsina Bushra stated, "শরীর ও মন ওতপ্রোতভাবে জড়িত। একটির অবনতি ঘটলে অন্যটির ওপরও তার নেতিবাচক প্রভাব পড়ে। তাই এগিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য শারীরিক সুস্থতার পাশাপাশি মানসিক সুস্থতাও অত্যন্ত জরুরি।"

The successful execution of the December 2 event at National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam University marks another collaborative milestone for Prothom Alo Trust, Unimed Unihealth Pharmaceuticals, and the Prothom Alo Bondhushava National Managing Board in promoting health awareness with the expertise of Dr. Sajib Abedin and Mahmuda Mohsina Bushra.
