DSHE Directs Head Teachers to Update PDS with WhatsApp Numbers

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) in Bangladesh has issued a new official directive instructing all head teachers of secondary schools across the country to ensure the use of mobile numbers equipped with WhatsApp facilities in their Personal Data Sheets, commonly known as PDS.
