Class XI Admission Results for 2026-27 Academic Year Released in Bangladesh
The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has published the final admission results for Class XI. Selected students must complete their physical admissions between September 20 and September 22.
The final admission results for Class XI, covering the 2026-27 academic year, were officially published on Saturday, September 19, at approximately 7:45 PM. Students across the country can now check their specific placement outcomes by visiting the designated central online portal at https://xiclassadmission.gov.bd/ or by receiving updates via SMS sent directly to their registered mobile numbers.
Following the publication of these results, the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee announced that selected students are required to complete their physical admission procedures at their respective colleges starting on Sunday, September 20. This mandatory physical enrollment phase will run continuously until September 22, giving successful candidates a strict three-day window to secure their spots.
The newly concluded admission cycle featured significant application activity during its initial online phase, which took place from September 2 to September 13. Throughout this application window, prospective higher secondary students were given the opportunity to select a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 colleges of their preference to determine their future academic placements.
Despite the high volume of interest, the first phase statistics reveal notable distribution challenges within the national education system. Out of a total of 9,95,234 applicants who registered during the initial phase, 9,80,815 students were successfully selected for placement. However, 14,415 students were not nominated for any institution in this first round due to submitting an insufficient choice list, a group that notably included 2,205 GPA-5 holders who missed out on initial placement.
Furthermore, structural disparities were highlighted by institutional application data from the process. A total of 11 colleges across the country received zero applications from prospective students due to a complete lack of student choices, while over 400 colleges ultimately found themselves unable to nominate a single student to their incoming academic cohorts.
