Dipu Moni Released on Parole for Husband's Funeral in Dhaka

Former minister and prominent Awami League leader Dr. Dipu Moni was granted a temporary release on parole to attend the funeral of her husband, Barrister Toufique Nawaz, in the capital city of Dhaka. The solemn religious service and funeral prayers for the deceased barrister were officially held on Thursday afternoon, specifically during the period following the traditional Zuhr prayers, drawing mourners and participants to the designated venue in the metropolis.

The venue chosen for the congregational funeral prayer, known as the namaz-e-janaza, was the prominent Gulshan Central Azad Mosque located in Dhaka.
