A view-exchange meeting regarding the Panchagarh Modern Sadar Hospital took place on 15 August 2026 at the hospital premises in Panchagarh. The gathering was organized in front of the new building of the Panchagarh Modern Sadar Hospital, bringing together hospital management committee members and various local stakeholders to discuss regional healthcare administration and medical services.

State Minister for Water Resources Farhad Hossain Azad addressed the assembly during the event, sharing perspectives on hospital management and public health administration alongside local community representatives. Several prominent officials were also present at the official gathering to observe the proceedings and engage with the participating stakeholders regarding the state of medical facilities in the district.

Among the distinguished attendees were Deputy Commissioner Shukriya Parveen, Police Superintendent Abu Saim, and Civil Surgeon Dr. Mizanur Rahman. Their presence underscored the administrative and public health significance of the discussions held concerning the operational needs and challenges faced by the Panchagarh Modern Sadar Hospital.

The discussions at the hospital venue also touched upon broader public health observations within the region. Notably, a significant statistical assessment regarding disease prevalence was highlighted during the discourse, indicating that if one hundred people in Panchagarh are examined, at least ten of them will be diagnosed with cancer.

Political figures also participated in the comprehensive dialogue surrounding governance and public administration. Sarjis Alam, representing the National Citizen Party (NCP), delivered a notable remark during the event, stating that the day differing opinions cease to exist, or when the voices of differing opinions are suppressed, whichever ruling party or government is in power will no longer remain on the right track.
