Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board has issued a directive regarding answer scripts for postponed Alim examinations across five districts in the Chattogram division. The scripts must be sent to the board on the very day the exams take place.

The Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board has issued a strict directive concerning the management of answer scripts for postponed Alim examinations in five districts within the Chattogram division. According to the instructions, answer scripts from these examinations must be dispatched to the Madrasa Education Board on the exact same day the tests are conducted, without any form of delay.
Previously, adverse weather conditions forced authorities to postpone a number of Alim examinations across the Chattogram division. The affected region encompasses five specific districts, namely Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Rangamati, Bandarban, and Khagrachhari. The weather-related disruptions necessitated a rescheduling of the academic calendar for the candidates in these areas.
To accommodate the missed assessments, a revised schedule has been officially put in place. Based on this updated timeline, the previously postponed examinations are scheduled to take place starting from August 20 and will continue through to September 9. Educational authorities have been working to ensure the smooth resumption of the testing process following the weather delays.
Under the new directives issued by the board, strict protocols are now in place for handling the completed paperwork. Once the students finish taking their tests according to the revised timetable, the examination authorities must immediately process the documentation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for delays in this administrative chain.
To facilitate this rapid transit, the official instructions mandate a specific method of delivery. The answer scripts must be sent directly to the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board through the respective district post offices utilizing the GEP (General Express Postal) service, ensuring that the dispatch occurs on the very same day the examinations are held.
