Authorities have outlined a strict timeline to ensure all prospective candidates complete the necessary digital procedures within the designated window.
As part of the preliminary preparations, a comprehensive list containing the names of all potential examinees will be officially published on August 31. This crucial roster will be made available to the public and educational institutions directly through the official website of the Dhaka Education Board, allowing schools and students to verify their eligibility ahead of the application deadline.
Following the completion of the online form submission phase, candidates and institutions must ensure that all financial transactions are settled promptly. The absolute final date for successfully depositing the required examination fees has been formally established as September 13, giving applicants a single day following the close of form fill-ups to finalize their payments.
Regarding the financial requirements for participation, specific fee structures have been officially fixed by the governing bodies in Dhaka. The mandatory scholarship examination fee has been set at 400 taka for each individual participating candidate.
In addition to the core examination charges, every student sitting for the assessment is also required to pay a designated center fee. This specific center fee has been fixed at 200 taka per candidate, rounding out the total mandatory financial obligations for the upcoming junior scholarship tests managed under the purview of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board and related financial channels such as Sonali Bank.
