DFT Aviation Security Supervisor Training Course Completed in Dhaka

A specialized training program aimed at enhancing aviation security standards has successfully concluded at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Bangladesh. The initiative, officially designated as the DFT Aviation Security Supervisor Training Course, was organized under the auspices of the British High Commission in Bangladesh.

The comprehensive educational program was managed and supervised directly by the Aviation Security (Avsec) Department of the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB). Officials noted that the initiative highlights ongoing international cooperation aimed at strengthening safety protocols across the nation's critical aviation infrastructure.

Spanning a duration of five days, the intensive training course brought together various aviation security personnel from different airports across the country. Participants included dedicated security officials and supervisors who gathered at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport to upgrade their professional operational skills.

Instruction during the five-day program was delivered by a team of highly experienced trainers who traveled specifically from the United Kingdom to conduct the sessions. Their expertise contributed significantly to the rigorous curriculum provided to the attending security supervisors and officers.

The successful completion of this supervisor training course marks another milestone in the cooperative security efforts between the relevant authorities of Bangladesh and the United Kingdom. Stakeholders anticipate that the advanced methodologies imparted by the British trainers will be effectively implemented across domestic aviation facilities to maintain robust security measures.
