Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen Meets State Minister Humayun Kabir

The Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh, Yao Wen, recently paid a formal courtesy call on the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Humayun Kabir, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The diplomatic engagement brought together high-ranking officials to discuss bilateral relations and ongoing cooperative projects between the two nations.

According to the confirmed projections for the China Economic and Industrial Zone, the initiative is expected to successfully attract approximately thirty Chinese companies. This influx of enterprise will be supported by an estimated investment volume totaling around five hundred million US dollars.

Furthermore, the establishment of these commercial operations within the zone is anticipated to generate roughly one hundred thousand employment opportunities. This substantial job creation is expected to significantly benefit the local workforce and contribute to the broader economic growth of Bangladesh.
