Trump Tells Iran to Surrender and Threatens Oman Over Strait of Hormuz
US President Donald Trump has called on Iran to raise a white flag of surrender during a recent interview. He also threatened to bomb Oman if the nation interferes with efforts to open the Strait of Hormuz.

United States President Donald Trump has made aggressive new statements regarding the Middle East, specifically targeting Iran and Oman during an interview with Fox News. In his remarks, President Trump openly called on the leadership in Tehran to immediately raise the white flag of surrender as tensions escalate between the two nations regarding critical maritime routes in the region.
Expanding on his administration's stance against the Islamic Republic, President Trump offered a harsh assessment of Iranian negotiating tactics and overall geopolitical standing. According to the US President, Iranian officials are formidable participants in traditional card games, noting that they are good poker players. However, he emphasized that they are ultimately running out of time, adding for emphasis that he currently has no set timetable and no sense of urgency regarding the unfolding situation.
The controversy further deepened as President Trump issued a direct and severe military threat directed at the Sultanate of Oman. The threat comes amid ongoing diplomatic discussions and negotiations between Oman and Iran concerning the strategic control and passage rights through the vital Strait of Hormuz. President Trump explicitly stated that if Oman attempts to stand in the way or act as a barrier to opening the Strait of Hormuz, the United States will respond by dropping bombs on the country.
Meanwhile, the leadership within Iran has responded to the mounting pressure from the American administration with defiance and a call for domestic solidarity. Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i, the head of the Iranian judiciary, publicly claimed that the American enemy has already suffered a defeat in the ongoing conflict. He further cautioned the Iranian public and state officials that they must never become complacent regarding the enemy's conspiracies in this ongoing hybrid war.
To counter these external threats and strategic pressures, the senior Iranian judiciary official underscored the absolute necessity of national solidarity and steadfast obedience. Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Eje'i stated that the fundamental key to achieving ultimate victory in the face of foreign aggression is maintaining unwavering unity and strictly following the guidance of the Supreme Leader.
