According to confirmed details of the event, the accident occurred at precisely 11:20 AM on Tuesday. Passengers aboard the train experienced sudden terror when the carriage left the tracks. Eyewitness Shabnur described the harrowing moments immediately following the unexpected accident, stating, "As the train was moving, a loud noise was suddenly heard. After that, it stopped. Later, it was seen that a carriage of the train had derailed."
