Rajbari Workshop Connects Recitation and Mental Health for Students
A daylong workshop focusing on recitation and mental health was held at the Rajbari District Shilpakala Academy auditorium. More than 100 students from seven educational institutions participated in the joint initiative.

A daylong workshop focusing on the intersection of recitation and mental health took place at the Rajbari District Shilpakala Academy auditorium on Saturday, September 7, 2026. The event drew participation from numerous individuals and organizations within the region, gathering students and experts alike for a comprehensive day of activities dedicated to personal well-being and artistic expression.
The collaborative educational program was jointly organized by Rajbari Suhrid Samabesh and Turyashikhor Dhaka. Additionally, the initiative received vital cooperation from the Monojogot Center Faridpur and Radiant Pharmaceuticals, ensuring the successful execution of the daylong schedule at the Rajbari venue.
More than 100 students from seven distinct educational institutions took part in the workshop sessions. These young participants engaged in the program's curriculum, which was specifically designed to explore how the art of recitation can positively intersect with and support mental health.
A host of notable individuals were associated with the event, including Rezzvi Zaman, Prof. Dr. Helal Uddin Ahmed, Kamal Kanti Sarker, Syed Siddiqur Rahman, Nazrul Islam, Md. Manik Hossain, Dr. Rajib Dey Sarker, Aziza Khanom, Nurul Haque Alam, AKM Mizanur Rahman, Rabiul Rabi, Dr. Mezbaul Khan Farhad, and Sumana Shilpi.
Furthermore, local institutions such as Rajbari Government আদর্শ Mahila College, Rajbari Academy, Rabeya Kader Smriti Pathagar, and Rajbari Abritti Parishad formed part of the regional context surrounding the proceedings.
At the conclusion of the daylong workshop, official certificates were distributed among all the participating trainees to mark their successful completion of the mental health and recitation program.
