Prothom Alo Trust Announces Winners of Anti-Drug Sticker and Poster Design Contest

Prothom Alo Trust has organized the 'Sticker and Poster Design Competition 2026' to mark International Anti-Drug Day. The nationwide campaign was officially launched on June 19 and continued through August 10, inviting creative submissions from young learners across the country.

Throughout the competition period, approximately 2,500 students from across Bangladesh participated by submitting their original designs across three designated categories. The immense response highlighted the widespread enthusiasm and engagement of the student community regarding the critical anti-drug initiative.

Following a rigorous evaluation process, a panel of judges successfully completed the adjudication work to select the top sixty student winners across the three competitive categories. The names of these sixty talented individuals will be officially revealed and celebrated during the upcoming award distribution event.

The prize-giving ceremony and the final judging wrap-up are scheduled to take place on August 27, 2026. The high-profile event will be hosted at the Dr. Taufiq Siraj Lounge, located on the premises of Sheltech Tower at 60 Sheikh Russell Square, Dhaka-1205.

A distinguished group of prominent figures is associated with the event and the organizing institutions, including Professor Dr. Mohit Kamal, Tareef Monjur, Anisuzzaman Sohel, Fareha Zeba, Ashok Karmakar, Rupali Chowdhury, Kutubuddin Ahmed, Zahida Ispahani, Motiur Rahman, and Anisul Hoque.

The initiative is supported and organized by prominent entities such as Prothom Alo, Prothom Alo Trust, the National Institute of Mental Health, Dhaka University, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, Envoy Group, and Ispahani Group, reflecting a strong collaborative effort against drug abuse.
