Over 50,000 Gather in Comilla for Prophet's Arrival Day Jashne Julus

On Wednesday, August 26, the city of Comilla observed the holy day marking the arrival of the Prophet with a large-scale Jashne Julus and a public rally. The religious event drew immense public participation from across the region, bringing together multiple local Islamic institutions, spiritual figures, and organizational committees to commemorate the auspicious occasion.

According to the verified reports, the grand procession officially commenced from the premises of the Bakhshia Darbar Sharif. A massive multitude of devotees gathered at the starting point before embarking on the march through the primary thoroughfares of the Comilla metropolitan area, creating a vibrant atmosphere of religious devotion throughout the city.

Organized to celebrate the Prophet's arrival day, the procession saw an extraordinary turnout, with statistics confirming that over 50,000 people participated in the march. The massive crowd accompanied the Julus as it navigated the central roads of Comilla, eventually making its way toward the designated venue for the scheduled public assembly.

Upon completing the march through the main streets, the participants converged at the Town Hall field. Following the assembly at the Town Hall field, the religious procession moved toward its final destination at the Mazar Sharif of Shah Abdullah Gazipuri (Rah.), located in the Daroga Bari area. The day's events concluded formally at the shrine with the recitation of Milad, Qiyam, and a final Munajat, bringing the large-scale observance to a peaceful and spiritual close.
