National University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ASM Amanullah has held a significant courtesy meeting with the Ambassador of the Philippines to Bangladesh, Nina P. Cainglet, to explore avenues for bilateral cooperation between educational institutions of the two nations. The high-level diplomatic engagement took place on September 1 at the Philippine Embassy located in the diplomatic enclave of Baridhara in Dhaka, Bangladesh, bringing together key academic and diplomatic figures to foster closer institutional ties.

During the official meeting at the embassy, Professor Dr. Amanullah and Ambassador Cainglet engaged in comprehensive discussions regarding various areas of potential collaboration. Both sides specifically focused on establishing robust frameworks for academic cooperation, which include vital initiatives such as teacher and student exchange programs, collaborative research ventures, and the advancement of higher education standards.

In addition to traditional academic exchanges, the bilateral talks extended to critical technical and professional development sectors.
