Directorate to Reissue MPO Teacher Transfer IDs and Passwords

Bangladesh's Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, commonly known as DSHE, is considering a policy decision to resend login identification numbers and passwords to Monthly Pay Order (MPO) enlisted teachers who have not yet received them. This administrative move aims to facilitate the ongoing transfer application process for educators working in private schools and colleges across the country.

The online transfer application process for these private school and college teachers officially commenced on August 21, 2026. Since the opening of the portal, a significant number of educators have engaged with the system to submit their transfer requests through the designated digital channels.

According to the latest figures released regarding the application drive, a total of 11,986 teachers had successfully submitted their applications for transfers by Wednesday afternoon. Specifically, the data recorded that this total was reached by 3:40 PM on August 26, 2026, highlighting a strong initial response from the teaching community.

Despite the high volume of applications, several teachers faced difficulties due to missing their necessary login credentials. In response to these operational hurdles, the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education has taken the initiative to formulate a plan to reissue the essential IDs and passwords to the affected educators.

The overarching process involves coordination among relevant entities, including the Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) and the telecommunications service provider Teletalk, which handle various technical aspects of the educational administration system in Bangladesh. However, specific implementation timelines for the resending of the credentials remain part of the directorate's broader administrative considerations as the transfer window progresses.
