The formal event took place at the Shaheed Abu Sayed International Convention Centre, located in the Shahbag area of the capital city, Dhaka.
State Minister for Health M A Muhit attended the high-profile gathering as the chief guest and delivered an address to the newly inducted health cadre officials.
Addressing the medical professionals during the ceremony, State Minister M A Muhit emphasized the broader responsibilities that come with their new government positions. He stated that it is not enough to simply provide medical treatment to patients, stressing that physicians must also actively earn the trust of the people.
In addition to discussions regarding the healthcare sector and medical professionals, the broader context of public administration and security was also touched upon during related government updates, noting that five thousand Ansar members have been deployed across five hundred upazilas.
