Three Dead in Separate Incidents Across Sreepur, Gazipur

Law enforcement authorities in Sreepur, Gazipur, recovered the lifeless bodies of three individuals from separate locations within the upazila under mysterious and tragic circumstances. The deceased have been identified as housewife Nilufa Akhter, garment factory worker Imran Hossain Antar, and scrap trader Monir Hossain, according to official reports.

The local administration and police launched operations following the discoveries, which occurred on Monday morning and afternoon. The sequence of events has drawn significant attention from residents in the area as investigators work to determine the exact circumstances surrounding each of the three deaths.

Among the victims, scrap trader Monir Hossain met a tragic end in Khojekhani village, located within the upazila's Gosingga union. According to confirmed details, the incident took place while he was engaged in the hazardous work of demolishing an old mud-built structure. During the demolition process, a portion of the old earthen house unexpectedly collapsed, trapping him directly underneath the heavy debris.

Emergency responses were coordinated following the tragic incidents across Sreepur. Following the recovery of the bodies of Nilufa Akhter, garment worker Imran Hossain Antar, and the crushed scrap trader Monir Hossain, local authorities took immediate steps to preserve the remains and initiate standard legal procedures.

To establish the exact causes of death, the bodies of all three victims were subsequently transferred from the respective scenes. They were sent directly to the morgue at the Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital, where formal post-mortem examinations are scheduled to be conducted by medical professionals.
