RUET launches integrated hall management software for digital fee payments
Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) has introduced a web-based integrated hall management software. The new automation system allows students to pay various fees digitally through mobile financial services, cards, and internet banking.

Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) has officially launched a new web-based automation platform known as the 'Integrated Hall Management Software'. The initiative was introduced to modernise administrative procedures and streamline financial transactions for students residing within the university's residential halls.
During a formal inauguration ceremony held at the university on August 31, the Vice-Chancellor of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Professor Dr. S. S. M. Abdul Razzaq, officially inaugurated the new web-based system. His leadership marks a significant step forward in the institution's ongoing efforts to embrace digital transformation across its campus operations.
The newly launched software is designed to handle multiple administrative and financial tasks previously managed through manual procedures. By integrating modern digital payment gateways, the platform aims to reduce paperwork and eliminate long queues for students seeking to clear their routine institutional dues.
Under the newly established web-based automation system, students can now conveniently settle a wide variety of mandatory payments. Specifically, the platform supports transactions for hall fees, seat rent charges, dining charges, and official registration fees directly through diverse digital channels.
To ensure maximum accessibility and convenience for the student body, the software accommodates several widely used electronic payment methods. Students are now enabled to clear their dues utilising mobile financial services, standard debit or credit cards, as well as conventional internet banking facilities from the comfort of their devices.
