The sequence of events began on Tuesday night when a young patient named Md. Forkan tragically died while inside the rehabilitation facility. The sudden death of Forkan served as the catalyst for immediate unrest and suspicion among the remaining individuals undergoing treatment at the center. As details surrounding the fatality began to circulate within the building, the atmosphere among the resident patients deteriorated rapidly, setting the stage for a dramatic confrontation with the facility's administration on the following day.

Forkan. Director Haq firmly denied any allegations that the young patient had been subjected to physical beatings by the facility's staff. Instead, Haq insisted that the tragic death was entirely accidental, stating for the record that Forkan had slipped and fallen inside the bathroom on Tuesday night.
