New DCs Appointed in Natore, Gaibandha and Rangpur
The Ministry of Public Administration has issued an order appointing new deputy commissioners for Natore, Gaibandha, and Rangpur. The fresh appointments follow the withdrawal of the previous district administrators earlier in the week.

The government has appointed new deputy commissioners (DCs) for the districts of Natore, Gaibandha, and Rangpur. The official notification regarding these administrative changes was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Wednesday night.
Under the newly announced postings, Mosammat Sumoni Akhter, who previously served as the deputy secretary of the Posts and Telecommunications Division, has been assigned as the new Deputy Commissioner of Natore.
Meanwhile, Dr. Md. Moniruzzaman, who had been working as the private secretary to the Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, has been appointed to take charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Gaibandha.
In addition, Israt Jahan, serving as the deputy secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been designated as the new Deputy Commissioner of Rangpur.
These new administrative appointments come in the wake of prior changes made earlier in the week. On Tuesday, the preceding district administrators—Natore DC Asma Shahin, Gaibandha DC Mohammad Masudur Rahman, and Rangpur DC Mohammad Ruhul Amin—were officially withdrawn from their respective posts.
