According to the announcement released on 12 August 2026, the institute aims to recruit a total of five individuals to strengthen its administrative and cultural operations.
The recruitment notification outlines five specific positions with corresponding pay scales and grades. The Assistant Director position has one available opening carrying a salary scale ranging from Tk 22,000 to Tk 53,060 under Grade 9. Additionally, there is one vacancy for a Music Teacher and one vacancy for a Dance Teacher, both offering a salary scale of Tk 16,000 to Tk 38,640 under Grade 10.
Further expanding the available roles, the institute is seeking to fill one position for an Office Assistant cum Computer Typist with a salary scale of Tk 9,300 to Tk 22,490 under Grade 16. The fifth position is for an Office Support Staff member, which has one opening with a salary scale ranging from Tk 8,250 to Tk 20,010 under Grade 20.
To ensure local representation, the recruitment guidelines stipulate that eighty percent of the positions will be filled from among local candidates belonging to small ethnic minority communities.
