The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) in Bangladesh has officially issued a re-appointment notice for the crucial positions of legal advisor and panel advocate. According to the newly released circular, these professional roles within the educational authority will be filled on a temporary basis for a duration of two years.

To qualify for these legal positions at the National Curriculum and Textbook Board, applicants are required to meet specific academic and professional criteria. Candidates must possess a minimum of an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) undergraduate degree, alongside either an LSM (Master of Laws) postgraduate degree or a Bar-at-Law qualification.

In addition to the mandated educational qualifications, applicants must hold a valid professional license or certificate issued by the Bangladesh Bar Council. This requirement ensures that all candidates representing the National Curriculum and Textbook Board are duly authorized to practice law within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and other courts.

Qualified professionals who wish to apply for the temporary legal advisor and panel advocate positions must note the strict deadline provided in the official announcement. The final date for the submission of applications is officially set for September 30, 2026.

Regarding the submission process, the National Curriculum and Textbook Board has instructed that all application documents must be sent directly. Applicants can submit their materials either by regular postal mail or through courier services, and all submissions must be addressed specifically to the Secretary of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board.
