The core of the judicial inquiry focuses on why the decision to temporarily suspend Dhaka University Bangla Department Professor Chowdhury Md. Tasrik-E-Habib should not be declared entirely illegal under current legal standards. According to the documented facts of the case, the Dhaka University administration had previously issued an official letter on June 24 outlining the disciplinary measure. This letter formally stated that Professor Tasrik-E-Habib was placed under a temporary suspension from his job.
