Former Australian Test cricketer Will Pucovski has taken formal legal action against his former school, Brighton Grammar, lodging a case in the Supreme Court of Victoria. The lawsuit centres on allegations of a head injury and subsequent mismanagement stemming from an incident during a school football training session.

According to the verified details of the case, the incident in question occurred in May 2014 when Pucovski suffered a severe blow to the head during a school football practice session. The legal filing specifically targets Brighton Grammar as well as coach Alex Sylvan.

Pucovski's professional cricket career was heavily impacted by head traumas. Throughout his time in the sport, he suffered from concussions on at least thirteen separate occasions due to being struck by balls. These recurring health issues ultimately culminated in his early departure from professional sports.
