BNP Lawmaker Recommends Central Bank Director for Deputy Governor Post

The official at the center of the recommendation is Swapan Kumar Goswami, who currently serves as a director within the central bank. According to verified records, Goswami has a long-standing career within the institution, having initially joined Bangladesh Bank back in 1993 as a second-class officer before rising through the ranks to his current administrative position overseeing the common service department.
The official correspondence submitted by M Ruhul Kuddus Talukdar Dulu outlines explicit justifications for the proposed promotion.
