Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy has successfully organized a special two-day appreciation and training program titled 'Nazrul Chhandataranga' to explore the rhythmic beauty and cadence of Kazi Nazrul Islam's works. The cultural event brought together a large gathering of traditional musicians, specifically featuring two hundred talented percussion and rhythm artists from various backgrounds to participate in the intensive sessions.

The comprehensive two-day workshop and certificate distribution ceremony took place at the prestigious National Music and Dance Centre located in the capital city of Dhaka. The hands-on practice sessions and rehearsals were officially conducted inside the dedicated rehearsal rooms numbered 104 and 105 within the sprawling cultural facility.

Throughout the multi-day event, the participating two hundred rhythm artists engaged in rigorous collaborative exercises and practice routines centered around traditional and classical rhythmic structures. These structured sessions were meticulously designed to highlight the intricate timing, tempo, and poetic cadence embedded within the literary and musical creations of the national poet.

Poet Sheikh Rezaur Uddin Ahmed Stalin, who serves as the Director General of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, graced the concluding ceremony as the esteemed chief guest. During the formal closing proceedings, he addressed the gathered attendees and personally handed over official certificates of completion to all the participating trainees.

Highlighting the cultural significance of the statewide initiative, Director General Poet Sheikh Rezaur Uddin Ahmed Stalin delivered an inspiring official statement regarding the artistic outcome of the gathering. He remarked that through the 'Nazrul Chhandataranga' event, the combined practice of two hundred percussion artists has brilliantly illuminated the rhythmic beauty of Nazrul in a magnificent new dimension.
