Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission Launches New Official Website
The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has launched a new and modern official website. The previous official portal of the regulatory body will remain closed following the rollout.

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, also referred to as the বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন, officially launched a brand new and modern official website on Sunday, 6 September 2026. This major digital update marks a significant technological shift for the regulatory body in Bangladesh, aimed at modernising its online presence and improving accessibility for stakeholders, market participants, and the general public across the country.
According to the verified details of the rollout, the development and successful launch of this new digital platform were carried out directly under the leadership of BSEC Chairman Masud Khan and Commissioner of ICT Tanvir Habib Rahman. Their oversight ensured that the updated portal met the necessary modern standards required for the official regulatory institution's day-to-day operations and public announcements.
As part of this comprehensive digital transition, the previous official website operated by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission will remain permanently closed. All users, investors, and interested parties attempting to access the regulator's old web address are directed to the newly established modern portal instead, ensuring that all future official online interactions take place through the newly launched infrastructure.
The regulatory authority announced that this newly introduced web platform represents the primary official digital channel for the BSEC moving forward. Stakeholders are advised to update their bookmarks and rely exclusively on the newly launched portal for official regulatory notices, announcements, and institutional information issued by the commission under the current administration.
