Bangladesh Launches Nationwide Freelancing Training for Unemployed Youth
The government of Bangladesh has announced a comprehensive three-month freelancing training program targeting educated job-seeking youth across all 64 districts. Implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the initiative offers financial allowances and complete fee waivers for successful applicants.

The government of Bangladesh has officially initiated a nationwide freelancing training program specifically designed for educated job-seeking youth. This extensive governmental initiative is being implemented across all 64 districts of the country with the primary objective of generating meaningful employment opportunities for the younger population through digital skills development.
The specialized three-month training curriculum is being conducted by E-Learning and Earning Limited. This educational effort operates directly under a dedicated project managed by the Department of Youth Development, which functions under the administrative authority of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Interested candidates must submit their applications by the fast-approaching deadline of September 15, 2026. Following the application period, the selection process will move forward with oral examinations scheduled to be held on September 20, 2026, to evaluate prospective participants.
Once the evaluation phase is concluded, the final list of officially selected candidates will be published to the public on September 23, 2026. Successful applicants will then prepare to enter the educational facilities for the training schedule.
The rigorous educational program is officially slated to take place from October 1 to December 31, 2026. Throughout this operational window, participants will undergo intensive instruction aimed at building sustainable independent careers in the digital marketplace.
To ensure widespread accessibility, there is absolutely no fee required for admission into the program. Furthermore, participating trainees will receive a daily transport allowance of 200 BDT, alongside provided meals and an official certificate upon the successful completion of the entire course.
