A third-grade student named Naim Hossain is facing a critical medical crisis that requires urgent financial assistance for a life-saving procedure. Naim is currently enrolled at the Alukdia Government Primary School, where he pursues his education despite battling a severe medical condition for nearly his entire life. Medical professionals have determined that his ongoing health struggles necessitate immediate intervention to prevent a fatal outcome, placing immense pressure on his family to secure the necessary funds.

The young boy was diagnosed with heart disease at the tender age of only two months, beginning a lifelong struggle with the condition. Over the years, his medical care has required ongoing attention, and he is presently receiving treatment at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and Hospital located in Dhaka. The specialized medical facility serves as the primary center for his current care as doctors monitor his deteriorating heart condition.

Attending physicians at the Dhaka hospital have issued a strict timeline, stating that Naim must undergo heart surgery within the next three months. According to the medical assessment, failing to perform this urgent operation within the designated timeframe means the young boy faces the risk of a premature death. The severity of the diagnosis has left his family in deep distress as they scramble to find the resources needed to save his life.

The financial burden of the upcoming medical procedure is a significant obstacle for Naim's household, which operates as a four-member family. Securing the required funds is proving to be an uphill battle, with the total estimated cost for the critical heart surgery ranging between three and four lakh taka. Without external financial support, the family lacks the means to cover these substantial medical expenses.

Naim's mother, Sazia Khatun, has made a desperate public appeal for financial assistance to save her son from the fatal consequences of his illness. Expressing her anguish over the doctor's prognosis, she stated that the medical experts warned her that the boy's heart operation must happen within three months or he will die prematurely. Pleading for public kindness, she added that any assistance from compassionate individuals will help keep her son alive and by her side.
