Bangladesh Bank reports rising foreign currency exchange rates
Data released by Bangladesh Bank indicates an increase in the exchange rates for the US dollar and several other major foreign currencies. The official market figures show the average price of a US dollar has risen to 123.03 taka.

According to the latest information published by Bangladesh Bank, the financial market in Bangladesh has experienced an upward adjustment in the value of the United States dollar alongside a majority of other major foreign currencies. The central bank's updated figures, released on Thursday, reflect ongoing currency market movements affecting domestic financial transactions.
Market data specifically highlights that the average exchange rate for the US dollar has now reached 123.03 taka. This specific pricing reflects the current official valuation tracked by monetary authorities within the country's banking sector as foreign exchange rates continue to fluctuate.
In addition to the US dollar, the central bank's published data confirms that several other prominent global currencies have also seen their prices increase. These currencies include the euro, the British pound, the Chinese yuan, the Japanese yen, the Australian dollar, and the Singapore dollar, all registering upward movements in their respective exchange values.
Despite the widespread increases observed across multiple international currencies, not all foreign exchange rates experienced upward pressure during this period. According to the verified financial data from Bangladesh Bank, the exchange rate for the Indian rupee remained entirely unchanged, holding steady amidst the broader market shifts.
