Plexus Cloud Limited has officially launched its innovative artificial intelligence-based Internet Service Provider Enterprise Resource Planning software. The grand unveiling ceremony took place recently at the prestigious Banani Club located in the capital city of Dhaka, bringing together key industry figures and stakeholders to witness the technological milestone.

The newly introduced ERP software is designed specifically to streamline and modernize operations within the internet service sector. According to the official release, the comprehensive platform includes advanced management tools for automated billing, customer relationship handling, complex network operations, detailed accounting, and vital Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission compliance management.

During the recent rollout event, Aminul Hakim emphasized the absolute necessity of embracing modern technological advancements in the current market landscape. Highlighting the critical integration of artificial intelligence, he stated that the industry must adapt to these emerging technologies, noting that failing to do so will prevent businesses from successfully taking their ISP operations to the next level.

The launching event in Dhaka also shed light on significant ongoing infrastructure developments backed by the government. Officials confirmed that under the government's EDC project, extensive work is actively underway to establish a total of one lakh eight thousand internet connections across targeted areas, demonstrating the scale of digital expansion.

Substantial progress has already been achieved within the framework of the EDC project as implementation moves forward. Out of the total planned installations under the government initiative, fifty-five thousand connections have already been successfully established, marking a major step toward fulfilling national connectivity goals alongside the introduction of the new software.

The high-profile unveiling at the Banani Club drew participation from several prominent individuals and organizational representatives. Attendees at the software launch included Aminul Hakim, Nazmul Karim Bhuiyan, Rakibul Hasan, Mobarak Hossain, and Imdadul Haque, alongside key representatives from important sector organizations such as Plexus Cloud Limited, ISPAB, and BTRC.
