French hotel management expert Patrick Beck has officially assumed responsibilities as the new general manager of Hotel Sarina Dhaka in the capital city. His arrival marks a notable leadership transition for the prominent hospitality establishment, bringing a wealth of international expertise to the Dhaka property.
Beck is a certified executive chef who received his professional training through the American Culinary Federation. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has accumulated more than three decades of extensive professional experience within the global hospitality and culinary sectors.
Throughout his extensive career trajectory, Beck has built a remarkable leadership record, notably serving as general manager across nine different international establishments over the past 18 years. His extensive international background includes notable leadership roles at various prominent properties such as the 695-room Hotel Borobudur Jakarta, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya, Sea Cliff Resort and Spa, and TUI Blue Beach Resort and Spa.
His impressive operational background encompasses managing massive culinary undertakings, including overseeing daily operations that involved preparing and serving more than 6,000 meals. He has successfully directed large teams, including leading a substantial group of approximately 485 chefs, which notably featured 11 master chefs who earned the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) recognition.
Hotel Sarina Dhaka, where Beck has now taken charge, features five distinct major food and beverage outlets for its guests and visitors. These established dining venues comprise Summerfields, Amrit, Risotto, Street Seventeen Cafe, and Elite Club, offering a diverse array of culinary experiences under his new operational leadership.
With his robust background spanning culinary arts, extensive international general management, and large-scale hospitality administration, Patrick Beck's assumption of the general manager role at Hotel Sarina Dhaka initiates a new chapter for the property's ongoing service delivery.
