Bangladesh cricket captain Najmul Hossain Shanto has addressed mounting criticism surrounding veteran batsman Mushfiqur Rahim's approach of giving excessive strike to tailenders during a recent match. The discussion follows a disappointing defeat where Bangladesh suffered a heavy loss by an innings margin during their matches in Australia, specifically covering events in Mackay and Darwin. The tactical decision by Mushfiqur to allow lower-order batsmen to face a significant number of deliveries became a major talking point during the post-match press conference, where journalists and critics raised questions about the strategy.
