BERLIN, GERMANY — Early users of Dyson's newly launched CameraJet smart toothbrush have reported significant hardware issues following its market introduction, specifically pointing to water leakage occurring inside the battery compartment.

The CameraJet is an advanced, AI-powered toothbrush equipped with an integrated camera and a specialized water-jet function designed for oral hygiene maintenance.

Reports circulating from early adopters indicate that the device has run into severe durability hurdles shortly after unboxing, with one user on the online platform Reddit bluntly stating that the product "broke within 30 seconds."

In response to the growing reports of hardware failure from consumers in Berlin and beyond, Dyson corporate representatives have addressed the situation publicly.

Kaitlyn Coleman, speaking on behalf of the company, stated that "a small number of early batches of Dyson CameraJet products may have experienced a component issue."

Additionally, the manufacturer noted broader logistical and manufacturing hurdles accompanying the rollout of the high-end dental technology device. Dyson officials added that "We are seeing some shortages of supply as we are in the process of scaling up production" as they attempt to meet consumer demand while addressing the reported battery compartment defects.
