Bangladesh Forecast: Rain and Thunderstorms Expected Across Divisions
Meteorological forecasts indicate rain or thundershowers in Dhaka and surrounding areas, alongside most regions of the country. Daytime temperatures are expected to drop by one to two degrees Celsius.

Recent weather forecasts for Dhaka and its adjacent areas indicate that the sky may remain partly cloudy to overcast throughout the period. Alongside these cloud formations, there is a distinct possibility of rain or thunder showers affecting the region as weather patterns shift.
In addition to the precipitation expected in the capital's vicinity, meteorological data shows that winds will flow primarily from the south and south-east directions. These winds are projected to maintain a speed ranging between 12 and 18 kilometers per hour across the affected areas.
The broader national forecast extends these unsettled weather conditions to multiple divisions across the country. According to the reported data, light to moderate types of rain or thunder showers are likely to occur over most places within the Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions.
As these rain systems move across the designated locations, citizens should prepare for a noticeable shift in atmospheric conditions. The combination of sustained winds and widespread precipitation is anticipated to impact daily routines throughout the aforementioned regions.
Furthermore, the meteorological outlook includes a tangible change in thermal conditions alongside the wet weather. Specifically, daytime temperatures are projected to decrease by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius as the rain and cloud cover take effect.
