Bangladesh Extends Recruitment Clearance for 1,855 Family Planning Posts
The Health Education and Family Welfare Division has extended the recruitment clearance validity for 1,855 posts under the Directorate of Family Planning. This extension applies to Grade 11 to Grade 20 positions across various categories until June 30, 2027.

The recruitment clearance validity for a total of 1,855 positions under the Directorate of Family Planning has been officially extended. According to the updated directives, this administrative extension will remain effective until June 30, 2027, allowing the authorities to proceed with recruitment processes for these designated vacancies within the specified timeframe.
This decision to extend the clearance period was issued by the Health Education and Family Welfare Division, which operates under the broader jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Bangladesh. The extension covers multiple tiers of employment ranging from Grade 11 to Grade 20 positions, encompassing various approved pay scales such as 12,500 to 30,230 Taka, 10,200 to 24,680 Taka, 9,300 to 22,490 Taka, and 8,250 to 20,010 Taka.
The sanctioned vacancies are distributed across different operational levels within the Directorate of Family Planning. Specifically, the headquarters level accounts for 1,667 positions spread across 17 distinct employment categories. Meanwhile, the district level encompasses another 188 positions divided across 4 distinct categories, ensuring regional administrative coverage for the department's ongoing operational needs.
The Directorate of Family Planning, alongside the Health Education and Family Welfare Division and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, continues to oversee these administrative procedures in Bangladesh. With the recruitment clearance valid through June 30, 2027, the department has an extended window to address the staffing requirements for all 1,855 targeted posts across the headquarters and district offices.
