Bangladesh Department of Livestock Services Announces Recruitment for 538 Posts

The Department of Livestock Services in Dhaka has officially released a comprehensive job recruitment notification for direct personnel appointments to fill vacant positions under the revenue sector. According to the official announcement, a total of 538 vacant posts will be filled across two distinct categories to strengthen the operational capacity of the department in Bangladesh.

The newly announced recruitment drive outlines specific allocations for the available openings. Specifically, the notification details that 32 individuals will be recruited for the position of Semen Carrier (সিমেন ক্যারিয়ার), which falls under the 19th grade with a monthly salary scale ranging from 8,500 to 20,570 Taka. Additionally, a much larger segment of the recruitment targets the Office Assistant (অফিস সহায়ক) position, for which 506 people will be hired under the 20th grade, carrying a salary scale of 8,250 to 20,010 Taka.

Interested candidates wishing to apply for these government positions must meet specific age and qualification criteria. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 32 years as of the designated milestone dates. The application process will be conducted digitally through Teletalk (টেলিটক), facilitating remote submissions for eligible job seekers across the country.

The formal online application procedure is scheduled to commence on 15 September 2026 starting at 10:00 AM. Applicants will have until 6 October 2026 at 12:00 midnight to successfully submit their online application forms through the designated digital portal.

Regarding the financial requirements for participation, the official notice confirms that the application fee has been fixed at 56 Taka. Candidates must complete their fee submissions according to the directives provided by the recruitment authority to ensure their applications are formally registered and considered for the 538 available vacancies.
