Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has made a significant claim regarding the military strategies of Moscow, stating that the Russian military will recruit 300,000 new soldiers in September. This announcement follows closely on the heels of parliamentary elections scheduled to take place in Russia.

According to the verified details from Kyiv, the upcoming parliamentary elections in Russia are officially set to hold voting from September 18 to September 20. President Zelenskyy indicated that the fresh troop mobilization is planned to take place immediately after these elections conclude across the country.

Detailing the mobilization strategy, President Zelenskyy explained the specific tactics that Moscow intends to employ for gathering the new personnel. He stated that the Russian military plans to collect these 300,000 new soldiers through troop assemblies specifically conducted within the distant and remote regions of Russia.

Furthermore, the Ukrainian leader elaborated on the reasoning behind targeting remote areas rather than major urban centers. He noted that Moscow has taken the deliberate decision to avoid conducting these large-scale troop assemblies within big cities in order to successfully evade the watchful eyes of news media and other observers.

Despite the measures taken by Moscow to maintain secrecy around the operation, President Zelenskyy expressed strong skepticism regarding the ultimate outcome of their plans. He stated that the Ukrainian authorities do not believe the level of confidentiality and secrecy chosen by the Russian leadership for this step will ultimately prove to be successful.

Concluding his remarks with a defiant stance concerning the battlefield outcomes, President Zelenskyy delivered a direct warning about the fate of the incoming troops. He stated that while Russia will indeed recruit 300,000 new soldiers, they will not be able to keep them for long, adding with absolute confidence that the Ukrainian forces will completely eliminate all of them.
