A fresh legal development has emerged in Dhaka regarding a case involving popular actress Tanjin Tisha and fashion designer Ayesha Anum Fayzah Sanaya Chowdhury. The legal dispute began when fashion designer Ayesha Anum Fayzah Sanaya Chowdhury filed a formal case against actress Tanjin Tisha, leveling specific allegations of fraud, breach of trust, and criminal intimidation. The case drew considerable attention within the entertainment and legal circles in Dhaka as investigators looked into the various claims made by the plaintiff.

Following the initial filing of the legal complaint, the matter was referred to law enforcement for a thorough examination of the facts. The Police Bureau of Investigation, commonly known as the PBI, conducted a detailed inquiry into the allegations made against the actress. Upon concluding their official investigation, the PBI submitted their formal findings to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Dhaka, reporting that they found no substantive truth to support the allegations brought forward by the plaintiff.

Despite the findings presented in the PBI investigation report, the legal battle is far from over as the plaintiff has chosen to challenge the outcome. Plaintiff Ayesha Anum Fayzah Sanaya Chowdhury expressed her dissatisfaction with the investigative findings, stating that she had provided all necessary evidence, including threatening audio recordings, to the investigating officer as a witness. She maintained that the report failed to mention any valid reasons for dismissing the proven nature of the complaints, leaving her feeling deprived of true justice.

Elaborating on the legal strategy moving forward, lawyer Shubro Sinha Roy provided specific details regarding the upcoming court proceedings. He noted that the hearing for the case has been officially scheduled for the 3rd of September at the court of Dhaka’s Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md. Sefatullah. According to the lawyer, the legal team will formally submit a no-confidence petition against the PBI's final report during this upcoming court session to contest the conclusions reached by the investigators.

Furthermore, the plaintiff's legal representative confirmed that they intend to push for a completely fresh look into the matter by an alternative investigative authority. Lawyer Shubro Sinha Roy stated that they will formally petition the court to direct another agency to conduct a reinvestigation into the case. The legal team remains hopeful that the court will carefully evaluate the totality of the circumstances, including the ignored audio evidence, and ultimately grant their petition for a thorough reinvestigation.
