Nepal Floods: Missing Foreigners and Locals Rise to Hundreds

Recent devastating floods in Nepal have led to a significant and concerning increase in the number of both foreign and local citizens who are currently reported as missing. According to official updates released by law enforcement authorities, the situation on the ground remains critical as search and rescue operations continue to track down individuals unaccounted for in the disaster zones.

The latest figures compiled by the police indicate that the total number of missing foreign nationals alone has now climbed to 575 individuals. This represents a notable rise from the previous count of 537 missing foreign citizens that was officially recorded just six hours earlier, highlighting the rapidly evolving and fluid nature of the crisis as more reports come in.

According to detailed data provided by the police, the affected foreign individuals who remain missing hail from a total of 36 different countries across the globe.
