Mercantile Bank inaugurates foundation training for 15th batch MTOs
Mercantile Bank Training Institute has launched a foundational training program for its newly appointed management trainee officers. A total of 50 trainees from the 15th batch are participating in the course.

Mercantile Bank has officially inaugurated the foundational training program for the newly appointed management trainee officers belonging to its 15th batch. The opening ceremony took place at the dedicated training institution of the organization, known as the Mercantile Bank Training Institute (MBTI).
The comprehensive training program has been specifically organized by the Mercantile Bank Training Institute (MBTI) to equip the newly recruited professionals with essential banking knowledge and operational skills. Such foundational courses are a standard part of the career development pathway for incoming management personnel at the institution.
A total of 50 trainees are currently taking part in this newly launched program. These participants comprise the entirety of the newly appointed management trainee officers forming the 15th batch of Mercantile Bank, all of whom are undergoing the structured educational sessions.
The inauguration event was attended by several notable individuals associated with the organization. Among those present at the venue were Matiul Hasan, S. M. Selim Uddin, Md. Zakir Hossain, Shamim Ahmed, Dr. Md. Zahid Hossain, Shah Md. Sohel Khurshid, Shahin Akhter, and Muhammad Miraj Hossain Gazi.
The commencement of this training cycle underscores the ongoing commitment of Mercantile Bank to professional development and institutional capacity building. As the sessions progress at the Mercantile Bank Training Institute (MBTI), the fifty participating management trainee officers will receive detailed instruction pertinent to their future roles within the bank.
