A low-budget Chinese animation film titled 'New Life' has achieved massive box office success in China after going viral across the internet through memes and trolls. Released in Chinese theaters on August 5, 2022, the 86-minute feature film focuses on the relationship between a cow and a skylark.

The animated picture was meticulously created by the mother-son duo consisting of Xin Yumeng and Sun Lifang. The creative pair spent a total of five years bringing the unique project to completion through their dedicated efforts and shared artistic vision.
