The Kremlin has raised the possibility of a high-profile trilateral meeting involving the leaders of Russia, the United States, and China on the sidelines of the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit. According to senior officials in Moscow, discussions are centering on whether the three global powers could convene during the major international gathering scheduled to take place in Shenzhen, China, this coming November.

Yury Ushakov, a key Kremlin aide, pointed to the potential trilateral encounter earlier this month on Sunday, noting that the realization of such a high-stakes summit would hinge on proper groundwork. Ushakov stated, "यदि তারা এ ধরনের বৈঠকের আয়োজন করতে পারে, যার জন্য কিছু কূটনৈতিক প্রস্তুতি দরকার, তাহলে আমি মনে করি এটা হতে পারে," emphasizing that the feasibility of the meeting is tied directly to the necessary diplomatic preparations undertaken by the participating nations.

In addition to the prospect of a three-way summit involving the Russian, American, and Chinese leaders, the Kremlin outlined a broader diplomatic itinerary for President Vladimir Putin during the APEC summit. Russian officials confirmed that President Putin already has multiple bilateral meetings officially planned on his schedule as the conference unfolds in Shenzhen.

Among the confirmed bilateral engagements, President Putin is slated to hold formal talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Furthermore, Kremlin representatives indicated that there is a distinct possibility of an interaction or meeting between President Putin and US President Donald Trump, provided that the right opportunities materialize during the course of the summit events.

However, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov underscored the complexities and strategic considerations involved in arranging such high-level diplomatic encounters between Washington, Moscow, and Beijing. Ryabkov highlighted the diplomatic caution required by stating, "এখানে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রশ্ন হলো, বৈঠকের বিষয়বস্তু কীভাবে নির্ধারিত হবে এবং এর থেকে আমরা কী ফল আশা করতে পারি," drawing attention to the critical need for clearly defined agendas and tangible outcomes before any trilateral commitments are finalized.
