Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has taken decisive legal action by approaching the Delhi High Court in India to seek the rigorous protection of her personality rights. The prominent film personality filed a formal lawsuit to combat the unauthorized and malicious dissemination of digital material utilizing her name, likeness, and identity without her explicit consent.

During the initial judicial proceedings, the Delhi High Court delivered a preliminary observation and issued a direct order demanding the rapid and comprehensive removal of 552 highly objectionable URLs and content that bears consistency with pornography. This ruling marks a significant step in addressing digital harassment and privacy violations faced by public figures in the entertainment industry.

The extensive legal documentation presented during the proceedings revealed that the lawsuit brought forward by Janhvi Kapoor contained a staggering total of 6,884 problematic links. Out of this massive volume of flagged material, the court has specifically mandated immediate enforcement measures and action against the initial batch of 552 targeted URLs.

Furthermore, as part of the judicial management of the case, the court issued explicit instructions to the legal counsel representing Janhvi Kapoor. The actress's lawyer has been directed to systematically categorize the voluminous offensive URLs, various social media accounts, and diverse digital content into three distinct and manageable classes for further review.
