Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been removed from director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's much-discussed upcoming film 'Spirit', according to recent revelations from the production team. The decision to part ways with the prominent actor has drawn significant attention across the Indian entertainment industry, shedding light on the behind-the-scenes negotiations and creative differences that sometimes derail major cinematic collaborations.

Pranay Reddy Vanga recently addressed the situation in an interview, clarifying the exact circumstances surrounding the development. According to the producer, the previously circulated reasons for Padukone's departure from the project remain accurate, but they were accompanied by several additional factors that ultimately forced the filmmakers to reconsider her casting. Chief among these supplemental issues was the alleged leaking of confidential film information and script details to external parties.

Elaborating on the initial selection process, Pranay Reddy Vanga confirmed that Padukone was indeed the director's very first choice for the leading role. Pranay Reddy Vanga revealed that after the team decided to look elsewhere, Padukone abruptly leaked confidential elements of the production. Detailed discussions had previously taken place concerning the core storyline and specific character arcs, and leaking these sensitive narrative points caused immense frustration and annoyance among the filmmakers.
