CMF Releases Clip Pro Open-Ear Earbuds With LDAC And Spatial Audio
CMF, the budget sub-brand of Nothing, has launched its new Clip Pro open-ear earbuds. Priced at $99, the device introduces advanced audio features to a more affordable market segment.

CMF, operating as the budget sub-brand of Nothing, has officially reviewed and released its latest audio product, the CMF Clip Pro. The newly introduced device represents an expansion into the competitive market of open-ear clip earbuds, a form factor that allows users to listen to audio while remaining fully aware of their surrounding environment.
Priced at an official retail rate of $99, the CMF Clip Pro are also currently available to consumers on sale at a reduced price of $79. This positions the new release well below many other popular pairs of earbuds from established manufacturers like Bose, Sony, and Shokz, which typically reach prices around $200 in the audio marketplace.
Historically, CMF tends to release its standard earbuds within a much lower price bracket, specifically in the $40 to $60 range. However, the higher pricing for the Clip Pro aligns closely with other hardware pricing strategies from the broader brand ecosystem, such as Nothing’s Ear 3A, which was also released at the exact same $99 price point.
Despite the competitive sub-$100 pricing, the CMF Clip Pro come equipped with several notable acoustic and software features. Specifically, the new open-ear clip earbuds support fixed spatial audio, providing users with an enhanced sense of depth and immersion during media playback without requiring expensive hardware.
Furthermore, the CMF Clip Pro support high-resolution audio streaming over LDAC, allowing for higher bitrate audio transmission when paired with compatible source devices. These specifications were detailed alongside coverage from various media organizations, including journalists John Higgins and Amelia Holowaty Krales writing for outlets such as The Verge, which is owned by Vox Media, as well as Digital Trends and KCSN.
