Princess Diana tragically died in a car crash in Paris in August 1997. As the anniversary of her passing approaches, her brother Charles Spencer has noted that requests to interview him regarding his sister have once again piled up significantly.
Reflecting on these numerous interview requests and the impending anniversary, Charles Spencer explained the motivation behind his writing. He stated that this ongoing attention is what encouraged him to write down his own thoughts and memories for the final time.
