In a recent social media post on Instagram, a young woman from Bengaluru, India, named Pooja Vaidya, has sparked a discussion by revealing her preference for working life over her traditional college days. According to her statement, she finds the professional chapter of her life to be significantly better and more enjoyable than her time spent in higher education.
Despite openly acknowledging the various challenges of living in the bustling southern Indian technology hub, Vaidya discussed the realities of her daily routine. Specifically, she noted that she frequently becomes exhausted by the heavy workload and the notorious traffic congestion that characterizes daily life in Bengaluru.
However, Vaidya emphasized a distinct contrast between the two phases of her life regarding personal autonomy. Describing the transition from her academic past to her current adult reality, she explained that college life only offered a limited form of independence confined strictly within the physical boundaries of the campus.
In contrast, she stated, her current professional life grants her the liberty to shape her entire existence entirely according to her own personal preferences and desires.
