These strategic coaching assignments were confirmed on September 3, 2026, as the board prepares the regional squads for the highly anticipated domestic four-day tournament in Bangladesh.
Former national team players and seasoned cricket figures have been selected to take charge of the divisions. Among the notable appointments, Abdur Razzak has been assigned the role of head coach for the Rajshahi division, where he will oversee the team's preparations and performance throughout the upcoming four-day NCL fixtures.
Additionally, Nazim Uddin has officially been appointed as the head coach of the Chattogram division. Meanwhile, Tushar Imran retains his coaching responsibilities for the Khulna division, ensuring continuity within the regional squad, while Rajin Saleh will take charge as the head coach of the Sylhet division.
Further changes across the country see Mizanur Rahman Babul stepping into the role of head coach for the Dhaka division. Finally, Saiful Islam has been designated as the head coach for the Mymensingh division, completing the regional coaching lineup announced by the board.
